The birth of JCAA

It has been a long time coming… after Legacy Status Investments… after the start of our software firm… after the start of the foundry, a new fund had to be formed. Jason Criddle and Associates was ready to face the world for quite some time. Not because we wanted it to, but because the world needed it. The world needs a paradigm shift when it comes to investing.

People have some extreme misconceptions about what a startup is, and how to properly turn an idea into a company. Everyone wants money for ideas, but that just isn’t the way the world works anymore. We know business, and business is good. If you are ready to get a company launched, or need further help with an existing company, JCAA is here to stay.

Creating a Billion Dollar Company is not all it’s cracked up to be.

1,612,842 paces around the house, backyard, and garage. I completely made that number up, but it doesn’t matter anyway. A couple of million steps is exactly how all of this felt. Or a couple of billion rather. I knew after my first vision I was going to do something huge… unfortunately, no one told me how bad life sucks when you decide to go against the status quo and follow through on a dream.

No one told me I would have to worry or stress in order to be an entrepreneur. No one told me I would have to deal with so much change. No one told me I was going to grow stronger, wiser, and better in the process. Read more

Ceo Disease

Do you suffer from Ceo Disease?

A syndrome all too often confronted in management and executive positions where positive information is shared with the person in charge but the negative information is withheld. This is usually due to an employee or representative not wishing to fall by the wayside of another syndrome we like to call, “shooting the messenger.”

Symptoms of Ceo Disease often include: Read more

It feels good being back. Tips for getting healthy this year.

I spent most of last year writing and not lifting. It’s so funny that I used to tell my clients they had to make time for the gym and I found myself not making time. I still worked out with my buddy (and old client) Kent twice a week… but my two to three times a day, seven days a week disappeared from the moment I stopped teaching Crossfit at Camp Hero Fitness. Soon after I went back to my old Rec Center to train, I decided to stop training all together and started pursuing writing and speaking, and building my companies.

Of course, New Years always brings on those feelings and desires for change. So, I did Read more

Can you explain?

When is the last time I was able to comprehend not existing? Can I imagine what it would be like to not exist? To not live? Can I imagine what it would be like to burn for all eternity? Can I imagine eternity? Physics will explain to me how I cannot occupy two places at the same time… but can physics explain how I came into existence? Can physics explain time? Can physics explain physics? Or the existence of the man that theorized physics? Or the synapses of his brain which created the hormonal imbalance which created such a thought that he should theorize anything? What is a theory?

We don’t need to research an explanation. And if we do not find an explanation, will we try to create an explanation for the explanation? What about the explanation for the explanation for the explanation? Or the explanation for the explanation for the explanation for the explanation. One cannot possibly comprehend life from another’s existence. In essence, we are all 100% correct in everything we believe. Our choices make up who we are, what books we read, how we treat others. But, what if i made a choice to never read that book? Is there an explanation for that explanation?

The squirrel…

There is a squirrel outside my patio door right now. We were staring at one another for about 4 minutes or so. I wonder if the squirrel was trying to figure out the infinite wisdom I hold within my mind in comparison to himself. I wonder if the squirrel has ever questioned its own existence in comparison to that of man. I wonder if squirrels have a book that they worship and hold dear… and tell other squirrels their beliefs about how man has created the world around them. I wonder if squirrels jump out in front of cars to try and get closer to man… or believe they will be surrounded by 72 virgin squirrels, and an array of acorns if they sacrifice themselves for the betterment of their own existence. Working with Jason forces perceptual change…

Transcribing for Jason Criddle feels like I’m on the fast track or at the honor’s class on spirituality. When he showed me the videos to be written, I felt tingling chills surging from my head’s occipital area down to my nape — the feeling I get whenever I’m creatively and intellectually inspired. At that moment, I was overwhelmed by the luck conspired by the universe to pile on me that in one go, I am being handed multiple things I consciously and subconsciously want: income off the job; entertainment and answers from the videos; and a mentor/coach/driver. I barely knew Jason, but I was at ease and wide open; I felt like I’m speaking to a 5-years-from-now version of myself. Did he find me or did I find him? Did our mutual spiritual needs collide to produce this event, just like how atoms collide to manifest matter? Whatever unseen causing force that is, it’s a good nudge into the right direction.

What are you thinking about?

Since our mind works in pictures, tv fills our subconscious mind up with more images. Images that have nothing to do with us our lives. They are merely distractions, which hold you back from envisioning your own life. Your subconscious mind does not know the difference in this behavior. It is non linear and lives in the moment, meaning it all happens at once. Read more

How we earn a living.

A wage is offered when a task can be completed by someone who can be trained to do that particular job. This job can be complicated or simple, but the worth is based on the competency of the difficulty to perform the task over and over again divided by the amount of people who are actually willing to do the task.
